This profile will help you as a service assistant (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Car-specific basic knowledge desirable
• Joy in customer contact, flexibility
• Good PC/IT knowledge
• Class B driving licence

Your future tasks as a service assistant (m/w/d):

• Consumption of customer requests for workshop appointments
• allocation of these services according to priority of the services to be performed
• Leadership of appointment planning
• Continuous adjustment of the current workshop capacities in coordination with the workshop manager
• Ensuring customer mobility, managing replacement/rental vehicles for the customer
• Service customer support
• Processing of warranty and cunning requests
• General customer support
