Number: MER0003UWS Do you have fun writing and want to get to know the corporate communication of an international car company during an internship? You like to work in complex topics and find it exciting to implement information on different channels? From March 2026, a versatile mandatory or combination practice awaits you. Integrity & Governance is responsible for the Board of Management's integrity, governance and sustainability department and is responsible for providing information on issues such as integrity, compliance and law in line with target groups. In this 6-month internship focusing on internal communication, you expand your communicative craftsmanship and get to know many different topics of Mercedes-Benz. Your tasks include: The cooperation in creating communication concepts and developing new communication formats

The search, design and implementation of new communication measures

The participation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of interviews with Mercedes-Benz employees and with external speakers

The writing and editing of contributions for the Mercedes-Benz Social Intranet, e.g. data protection or the Mercedes-Benz

Working with our content management system to create and edit content in the Mercedes-Benz Social Intranet

The creation of target group-specific mailings, information materials and presentations

Support in creating LinkedIn posts

Degree course Communication Sciences, Media Management, Journalism, Law or Economics or a comparable degree course

First practical experience in communication is advantageous

German and safe knowledge of English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint

Affinity for media and communication

Reliability, care and organizational skills

High commitment and team capability

Analytical way of thinking and structured working

Creativity and Enthusiasm
