Number: MER0003S64 The employees of the Mercedes-Benz plant Hamburg develop, plan and produce in the five core fields: Axles and axle components, steering columns, exhaust gas technology, lightweight structural parts and components of electric mobility. Future-oriented technologies such as modern welding methods as well as the combination of internal high-pressure forming and plastic injection moulding have been further developed at the production site. Your field of application lies in the area of planning layout, product and process coordination. As part of your activity, you will have the opportunity to get to know adjacent areas and interfaces. The product fields of the Hamburg plant are very broad and global. Thus, you are involved in various production phases. In addition to insights into the most diverse areas of the plant in terms of product and process, these challenges come to you as a focus: Layout planning and strategy, project support Project management with focus on reporting of project stati of the plant's product projects Development of KI Chat for Planning Editing into a modern CAD tool (Faplis from Microstation) and implementing concrete CAD tasks Editing and converting layouts within the scope of area management Please note that this internship is awarded for a period of 6 months. The activity can start from January 2026.
