Head of CNC Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Responsibility for our CNC production with professional and disciplinary guidance of approx. 35 employees Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, productivity and timeliness Development and optimization of manufacturing processes, standards, key figures and active participation of digitalization and improvement projects Evaluation of production characteristics to optimize quality, efficiency and processes Promoting motivational, solution-oriented and independent team culture with clear communication and presence in production Planning and control of personnel use including predictive holiday planning and personnel development and the introduction of new employees Responsibility for work safety, maintenance planning, complaint processing and project management in the responsible area Support in day-to-day operations – from shift planning and order tracking to coordination of function patterns and tool design

Complete training on master (gn), technician (gn) or farmer (gn) as well as many years of leadership in the field of machining Multiannual leadership experience in CNC manufacturing, machining or production Personality, natural authority and the ability to take and develop people Hands-on mentality as well as pleasure in actively shaping processes and taking responsibility Technical understanding, pragmatism and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Experience in the use of digital systems for controlling production as well as interest in developing production processes actively The claim not only to manage, but to move something sustainably together with the team
