In our day-care facility in Dieburg we care for people with severe mental and physical impairments from Monday to Friday. We support our 25-30 clients individually in small groups. For example, the day will be structured, individual offers and education, but also targeted participation offers in small groups and individual care.

Your day looks like this: • They work with the employees according to the principles of assistance and self-determination and assume responsibility for structured health education/care activities • With empathy, patience and openness for special behaviors, you build sustainable relationships with exciting people and ensure a variety of structures • They develop opportunities for participation in work processes and corresponding educational opportunities, e.g. the planning and implementation of individual and group offers • You will also work on support planning and development reports • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team, as well as with overarching colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who assist you in your work
