As a HR Consultant / Senior Consultant, Cobalt expects you to have a responsible task in which you develop complex recruitment processes and actively cover your customers' personnel needs professionally and timely through individually tailored strategies. You are a consultant who brings many years of professional experience, advises companies at eye level and enthuses potential candidates for the open positions of your customers. You are the success factor of our customers Acquises of German-wide clients (telephone address, appointment finding and perception) Analysis of customer requests and formulation of job advertisements Advice and selection of suitable recruitment methods and instruments By using modern technologies, you opt for the selection process and gain top candidate data for your customers Advising customers during the recruitment process, final candidate selection and contract design Collection of references at management and board level in compliance with statutory provisions Building and expanding long-term, trusted client relationships and networks from relevant market participants Your Candidate Management with Heart Acquises of Germany-wide candidates (telephone address, appointment finding and meeting) Identification and direct address of qualified candidates Viewing and evaluating incoming application documents Trustful exchange with and support of candidates Conducting interviews with candidates and creating candidate profiles You will be supported by smart AI tools that help you search and match

First successes: You have completed your studies (economics, economic law, BWL, etc.) or a completed commercial training with relevant further qualifications in the HR environment (e.g. for the personnel service provider / personnel service provider).
