In your role, you will guide the subject area »Structures & Standards«, which performs central, integrative tasks within the research building department, and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently eight employees. You develop, implement and establish efficient structures and binding standards for the field. In particular, you are responsible for and coordinating controlling as well as quality and reporting, project and process management, digitization of administrative and control processes, facility and procurement management as well as personnel and organisational development. You provide transparency on relevant topics, key figures and developments through regular reports to the department management.
