In your role, you will guide the subject area »Structures & Standards«, which performs central, integrative tasks within the research building department, and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently eight employees. You develop, implement and establish efficient structures and binding standards for the field. In particular, you are responsible for and coordinating controlling as well as quality and reporting, project and process management, digitization of administrative and control processes, facility and procurement management as well as personnel and organisational development. You provide transparency on relevant topics, key figures and developments through regular reports to the department management. Last but not least, you work closely with other departments, central areas as well as external partners, accompany change and optimization processes and moderate cross-departmental votes.

A completed university degree, ideally focusing on project management, civil management, economic engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual relevant professional practice, as far as possible in a leading function and likes already in the scientific, research or public environment Experience in dealing with complex organisational structures and different stakeholders Funded knowledge in project and process management, in controlling, and in building standards and control systems A structured, analytical and conceptual way of working, communication and moderation security as well as a sovereign occurrence Good German in Word and Writing
