Plane and design the requirements for the development of the best cars and drive systems for Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans with us in the '' Program Management Requirements ''. With our 'Program Management Requirements' department, you will design and coordinate the entire product portfolio of fully-electric and hybrid vehicles including their drive systems such as engines, transmissions and HV systems into the future for up to ten years. You think you're sitting on your desk all day? That you do your own tasks with a tunnel view and get nothing from the rest? No - because communication is written with us GROSS! Through cooperation with different departments of the Group such as development, sales, production, purchasing, controlling, quality etc., you will get an excellent overview of the interaction in the company and get to know the various facets of Mercedes-Benz AG, as is the case with hardly any other internship. These challenges include: You support to ensure the freedom of objection of the vehicle and drive projects by tuning the requirements of the individual departments to each other during the early product development phase You help with strategic analyses of the product portfolio and methodological development of existing complexity management tools With us, you will develop decision-making templates for top management to achieve product decisions for future vehicles and their drive systems You support the organization and implementation of cross-functional working groups and use agile methods for designing workshops You shape future products with us in terms of technology, competitiveness, consumption and economy

Support in planning and control and optimization of the entire portfolio

With this profile you fit us: You study economic engineering, (economic) informatics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or a comparable degree course You have knowledge of the German language and knowledge of the English language and the written language You control the safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. You are a digial affinist, analytic and ready to revolutionize the world of the automotive industry with fresh ideas. You have a high understanding, are reliable, work independently and are proactive, open and communicative You are available for six months in full time for a mandatory or combination practice (subject to study regulations)
