Control and management of construction, renovation, maintenance and modernization projects: The focus is on the project management of the renovation of the Technologiehof Münster Project manager of the new building BattL3 – Battery laboratory www.battl3.de Planning and coordination of maintenance and modernization measures of other buildings at the site Ensuring the economic, quality and timely execution of planning and construction services Creation of cost estimates, cost calculations and other economic basis Creation of tender documents, performance directories or Performance pictures Preparation, implementation and support of the award of planning and construction services Collection, assessment and comparison of offers Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, technical and contractual frameworks, in particular with regard to HOAI, VOB and public procurement procedures Creation of documentation, reports and decision-making templates for internal coordination and decision-making Coordination and control of all project-related internal and external actors:in addition to the cross-company planning and construction services Management of planning offices, specialist planners, experts, authorities and exporting companies Use of computer systems for project documentation, cost tracking and timing Participation in facility management with a focus on project-related work Support in the development and initiation of new construction projects

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, construction project management or the management of complex construction and renovation projects Funded knowledge in cost planning, tendering, awarding and controlling of planning and construction services Experience in creating performance directories, performance images and decision-relevant documents Good knowledge of the relevant regulations, ideally in particular HOAI, VOB and public procurement law Safe handling of computer systems and digital tools for project documentation and project control A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Communication strength, organisational skills and a safe occurrence compared to different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
