We occupy a position for the next possible time to strengthen our team in Munich Housing management with focus on hygiene, living quality and community management in full time or part-time (at least 35 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer living space, gastronomic facilities, kitas, an advisory network as well as a cultural program and manage the training funding. We are responsible for 16 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. With more than 9,000 apartments, the Housing Division provides affordable living space for students and ensures that young people from all over the world feel at home with us. We build and operate these residential areas in commercial and technical terms. To ensure that living together in our communities works smoothly, we are looking for you as a “good soul” with a clear view of cleanliness and order.

Ensuring the quality of living: you control the cleaning performance of our service providers (preparation and refurbishment) and the participation of the residents with appropriate documentation Communication strength and interface competence: You are the link between our cleaning company, student residents and our administration and building management Organization and hygiene: You ensure the implementation of our hygiene guidelines and keep an overview of the cleanliness of the common areas View for the detail: You perceive defects or repair requirements proactively and give them to our home technology Support in the team: You accompany our masters in the withdrawals and ensure a smooth transition Community Management: You are available to our students in an advisory capacity – whether for waste separation or for optimal use of the community areas

You have completed training in the area of hotel industry, e.g. Hotelfachmann (m/w/d) (Assistant Executive Housekeeper [m/w/d], Receptionist [m/w/d]), in the security area (Ordnungsamt or the like) or a comparable qualification in real estate; (m/w/d) with experience in service provider control and hygiene guidelines are welcome You know how to control service providers and evaluate cleanliness objectively Experience in object care, ideally with focus on residential or co-living concepts Communicative fingertip feeling, even in difficult situations, and enforcement ability You are service-oriented, keep quiet and find solutions Knowledge of hygiene guidelines and occupational safety are advantageous Safe handling of the PC and office applications Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) Fun to handle students from many countries
