In this challenging expert role, you have the technical responsibility for the production and quality of the consolidated financial statements and play an important role in the implementation of new and complex IFRS expert opinions. As a specialist Sparring partner for international companies, the Executive Board and auditor, you are a key contributor to the further development of the IFRS Alliance practice and have the expert role in the consolidation system.

(With)responsibility for the creation of monthly consolidated financial statements including analysis and quality assurance Compilation and professional responsibility for complex and demanding components of the quarterly and annual consolidated accounts Assessment, implementation and balance sheet mapping of new and complex IFRSs, as well as deriving unified solutions Central contact person for auditors, tax advisers and auditors, as well as specialist supervision of audit processes Annual revision and further development of the IFRS Bilance Directive and the safeguarding of Group-wide application Management and active management of demanding projects within the Global Accounting and in cross-sector and functional cooperation Compilation of individual accounts and financial reports of German companies by HGB Perception of an administrator and expert role in the consolidation system, including further development and optimization of the system Technical contact for regional CFOs and the Board of Management for balance sheet and accounting issues Continuous development, standardization and efficiency of the processes in the Group Accounting

Successfully completed economic studies in higher education, ideally with focus on accounting, accounting or auditing Designed expertise and application expertise in IFRS and HGB as well as proven experience in assessing and implementing new, complex and interpretation-related accounting practices Multiannual (approximately 5–7 years or more) relevant professional experience in a comparable, responsible position – preferably in the audit, consolidated accounting or IFRS-related business environment (e.g. as Senior Group Accountant, IFRS Specialist, Manager Group Accounting, Speaker Group Accounting, Accounting Manager IFRS, Audit Manager or comparable) Very safe handling of consolidation and reporting systems and a strong understanding of integrated financial and reporting processes in international corporate structures Expertise in OneStream and S/4HANA is desirable Outstanding analytical thinking, strong numerical and detail affinity as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working method High communication and consulting skills, as well as a sovereign, convincing occurrence against internal and external stakeholders at specialist and management level Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
