Commercial Employee - Finance Operations (m/f/d)

You support the processing of all accounting operations in the Faktura and actively participate in the preparation and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. With your sound accounting expertise, you process input and output invoices and ensure the correct collection and booking of all relevant business transactions. With this you contribute significantly to coherent, meaningful final documents. As a reliable interface, you work closely with specialist areas, back office, sales as well as with customers and suppliers. You support the dunning and receivable management and participate in measures to optimize working capital and cash flow. Because you understand your craftsmanship, you always have a look at the analysis and continuous optimization of automated billing processes and actively propose improvements.

Completed commercial training, relevant training or comparable studies Multiannual experience in accounting and a secure understanding of economic and commercial relationships Very good knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV / Navision) High communication strength and professional handling of internal and external contacts Confidential handling of sensitive financial data, high accuracy and a structured and careful operation Personally, you convince us by your reliability, your exact and responsible way of working, your flexibility as well as your strong team skills.
