Group Leader Device Processes Distribution System Operator (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Device Process group and develop your team in a complex, dynamic and regulated environment of the market role Distribution System Operator (VNB). You are responsible for the device processes of the VNB End‐to-End in the SAP environment, control the operating daily business and ensure smooth cooperation with network usage, billing and sales and network logistics. You actively control, coordinate and shape the operational VNB processes, establish targeted KPIs as a control instrument and continuously develop the processes to ensure quality, efficiency and timeliness. You keep regulatory requirements, new market and system requirements (e.g. SAP S/4 Utilities & iMSys) as well as cross-departmental dependencies in mind and are responsible for the strategic development and the design of the device processes distribution network operators.

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or have skills and experience acquired in equivalent activities. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge of the energy market, in particular the regulatory market rules (WiM, GPKE, GeLi Gas, EnWG, MsbG). Knowledge of SAP IS-U or S/4 Utilities is desirable. Leadership experience and pronounced social competence are of advantage as well as high resilience, flexibility and networking skills we require.
