We are now looking for a*n within the Mühltal division for the area of Bergstraße 1a for autists as a medical representation

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) The houses of the area for autistic people are located in Mühltal, approx. 300 meters from the town centre and can be reached from Darmstadt by public transport. In total, the residential complex comprises 27 living spaces in four houses with only single rooms. The houses offer a family atmosphere and each has a large garden. Our residents aged 20 to 55 have a different need for assistance; all in common is a high demand for a safety-providing - individually differentiated - daily structure. Special training courses are offered for employees (m/w/d).

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour you accompany our clients through a structured day • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • They work with the conceptual creation and the construction of the daily structure, etc., and take responsible reference services • In direct collaboration with exciting people, they help build an individual aid network, adapt to individual requirements and have fun to change • For the best possible support, you work closely with the housing group, relatives, legal advisors and our experts who support you in your work
