Trainee Key Account Management (m/w/x)

As a trainee in Key Account Management & Solution Design (m/w/x), you will become part of our ASPIRE trainee program and learn how individual customer solutions along the supply chain are developed and successfully implemented from 06.10.2025. You gain insights into the project business, the management of existing customers and the challenges of connecting new customers. In your 18-month program, you will run various stations at national and international locations and work closely with our business units TECH, Healthcare and Consumer Products. So you lay the foundation for your career - for example as project manager:in or key account expert:in with strong customer focus. Overview of your tasks Customers in focus: You learn how new customers are successfully integrated into our processes and how you focus on existing accounts. Strategy meets practice: You will gain insights into the strategic and operational orientation of our business and actively participate in projects for standardization, optimization and digitization. Understanding the Supply Chain: You develop a holistic understanding of value creation along the supply chain and work closely with various specialist areas. Design solutions: Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop customized, customized solutions that create added value. Think globally: You will experience both HQ Gütersloh as a national & international mission and get to know customers worldwide

Your profile Your foundation: You have successfully completed a study of economics, economic engineering or a comparable subject - ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management. First practical experience: You already provide first insights into logistics or project management - e.g. through internships, student works or study projects. Working & posture: You convince with your own initiative, team skills and a strong customer orientation. Language security: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Networker:in: You like to go to people and build long-lasting interpersonal relationships.
