Design the SAP world from tomorrow – from target architecture to global standards to stable operation of our international system landscape. SAP Platform Lead (m/w/d)

1. Strategy & Architecture: You develop the technical SAP target architecture (ERP, perspective S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP). You make sure that our system landscape remains consistent, scalable and operable across all works. You evaluate technical requirements and changes in terms of stability, integration and future security. Integration (especially through SAP BTP) is a key part of your role. Two. Operations & Global Standards: You define, standardize and develop global SAP operating processes. You make sure that all processes are documented, repeatable and applicable across locations. You define and harmonize technical standards for work-related topics such as devices and mobile solutions. You reduce local special solutions and create global, pragmatic standards.
2. Provider & Quality Management: You control our external service providers in the field of hosting and SAP-based. You monitor service levels, performance and quality and take over escalation management. You coordinate technical measures, releases and maintenance activities with internal and external partners. You ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements. You are responsible for transparency and liability in SAP operation.

Multiannual experience in SAP technology environment (e.g. SAP base, SAP platform management or technical SAP application management). Experience in managing external service providers and in interaction between IT, business and production Practice in the definition and coordination of operating processes (e.g. change, release, maintenance). Good understanding of manufacturing companies and cross-site requirements. Technological understanding in relevant SAP topics (ERP/S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Interfaces). Ability to work with both disciplines and technical teams in a solution-oriented manner. Strong analytical skills and experience in handling complex data and system landscapes. You are strong in communication, working partnership with international stakeholders and coordinating external service providers reliably. Experience in IT project work including planning, control, reporting and change management. Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as presentation and moderation strength.
