As part of the further development, we are looking for a (Senior) Property Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our client.

Own commercial management and management of commercial property, such as office, commercial and other industrial uses car rental services as a central contact for tenants and service providers; settlement of correspondence Active lease management (such as indexing; Supplements) Maintenance, management and ensuring complete and current tenant, object and contract documents including service provider contracts Creation, development and ongoing updating of budgets for the supervised objects Support and participation in debt management Accompanying lease and service contracts Coordination and control of external service providers on site award and management of contracts and processing of insurance damage Compilation and verification of additional cost accounting

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businessman/wife, ideally complemented by a further education to the real estate industry, real estate economy or a study of the real estate industry Professional experience in the management of commercial properties (e.g. office, commercial or mixed objects) Safe handling of the MS Office package Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Teamability and a high degree of self-initiative readiness for occasional missions and flexibility in everyday work Good English knowledge of word and writing
