You initiate modernization projects through the (digital) preplanning of energetically relevant structures You conduct regional modernization strategies with a view to our climate strategy and the framework conditions of our nationwide locations You meet technical requirements, economic implementation and sustainability and show this in the implementation of innovative pilot projects You actively participate in the ongoing optimization of system concepts, data models, processes and digital tools In doing so, you and your strengths – operate as an interface between disciplines, management and external partners Proactive stakeholders management and smooth project communication

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering, building physics, economic engineering or comparable, or you are close to You have first practical professional experience in the planning or implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings or in the use of future-oriented supply technologies or have a deeper focus in one of the areas You have a high technical understanding and brings joy in the development of strategic modernization concepts with Your working style is targeted and cooperative; you have a good eye for the holistic stock development and are looking forward to dealing with internal and external stakeholders System affinity and enthusiasm for the topics of decarbonization in the housing industry complete your profile
