You will have a team of up to 45 employees. You are responsible for personnel planning and personnel development. They are the driving force when it comes to optimizing production processes and systematically developing production planning. You are also responsible for ensuring the production, safety and environmental conditions. In addition, you support the operational management with key figures and investment planning

Completed electrotechnical training with further training to the state-tested technician / Master Professional experience in production management within a company Experience in the design, planning and realization of manufacturing processes leadership experience, pronounced communication strength and hands on mentality
