You accompany clients as part of the Extended Support according to § 8 para. 2 BtOG. Development of an individual support plan and monitoring of the course of assistance together with the clients and conclusion of a target agreement. Support and support of clients in the framework of the support plan, in particular for appointments such as debt counselling, doctor visits and other assistance offers. Acquisition and preparation of problems in anonymous form for the local accompanying group and participation in advisory meetings at the Ministry of Social Affairs in Stuttgart.

Studies at the Bachelor of Arts – Social Work or Social Economics, Studies at the Diplom-Social Pedagogy or a Comparative Study Experience in dealing with people in difficult situations of life is desirable You are characterized by sense of responsibility and a safe occurrence Your work is structured, solution-oriented and precise Team spirit and negotiation skills
