With your skills and passion, you ensure the smooth running and stand for precision and efficiency. • You make sure that production processes meet the highest standards.
• You serve and wait plants and machines to ensure optimal production.
• You are responsible for quality testing of products and document results.
• You work closely with your team to achieve productivity goals.
• You contribute to the improvement of processes and processes through your own initiative.

We are looking for

You are motivated, ready to learn and have the potential to do great things in production? Then you'll bring the foundation for this position! We are looking for people who are reliable, committed and ready to develop. Experience is a plus, but not a duty – we believe that true passion is the key to success.

• Ideally, you have first experience in production or are willing to work out comprehensively.
• You are technically interested and have an eye for details.
• You show willingness to work in shiftwork.
• You are reliable, team-ready and can take responsibility.
• You have at least German knowledge on B1 level to communicate effectively with your team.
