Your position • Responsibility for complete order processing in the PV and heat pump business – from handover to final invoice and beyond • Link between our service technicians and customers to ensure a smooth running • Organisation of material and personnel availability for a complete project pipeline • Coordination of assembly, maintenance and emergency operations with the aim of supporting our customers at any time transparently and positively • Active construction of our service business for photovoltaics and heat pumps together with your team – including quality monitoring of our partner companies and construction sites

Your profile • Embossed “Customer First” mint set with the desire to find the best solution for our customers in every situation • Enthusiasm for technical topics, renewable energies and the desire to empower others to find solutions themselves • professional experience in customer service or technical support as well as a high degree of self-responsibility and accuracy • Communication strength, service orientation and an open being that makes teamwork great • Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
