In a quiet location right on the edge of the forest and yet only a few minutes from the city centre and the railway station, the focus is on educational care and participation in the social space.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you will create a reliable daily routine, accompany the residents individually in the social space, create varied excursions and promote neighbourly relations • Depending on the part of the job, you take over reference services, help extraordinary people build a personal help network and implement the personalised individual participation planning • They accompany the residents in all areas of everyday life and support them with individual needs, e.g. the daily body care - always with the aim of maximising self-determination • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team and with colleagues working across the board, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work

We wish you • A completed educational or nursing training for educators, nurses, social pedagogues, pedagogues, health care and nursing staff, nursing staff or elderly caregivers (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Joy in working with people with disabilities • Communication and consensus skills, empathy and fun in team work • A passenger car license is desirable
