Number: MER0003U96 The Mercedes-Benz Vans Customer Service & Parts division bundles the worldwide service activities for the transporter section. The focus of our department lies in the management and further development of the Customer Service & Parts Business Germany in close cooperation with our nationwide Mercedes-Benz sales organization. We are looking for dedicated support for our team “Key Account Management Service Van”, which is responsible for the cooperation and the direct care and control of fleet customers. We offer you a broad and dynamic field of activity where you can use your skills in practical terms, take responsibility, identify and solve challenges and are part of an ambitious team. These challenges include: Creation of analyses, evaluations and presentations, building databases

Working with Key Account Management, active support for fleet customers

Pre- and post-processing as well as support in the execution of customer appointments and internal voting appointments with regard to customer requests received

Own, small projects as well as cooperation on overarching projects

The activity can start from January 2026.

You are studying in the field of business informatics or a comparable subject that qualifies you for the above activity

You speak German very well and master English in word and writing

You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have fun in analyzing data and building databases (PowerBI)

You have first experiences with agile project management

You are motivated, flexible, working structured and self-employed, can sort, evaluate, and point out as text or visualization

You are also communicative, targeted and interested in working in a motivated team as well as working with fleet customers? You already have ideas on how existing processes and procedures can be designed customer-friendly and want to actively shape the future of customer service? Then get involved quickly.
