AI Solution Architecture & Design Definition and further development of the architecture of company-wide AI applications taking into account scalability, security & viability Supporting the design of RAG-based pipelines, AI agencies and API-controlled AI solutions Optimization of Prompt Engineering & interaction with LLMs to improve response accuracy & relevance Ensuring best practices in the field of LLM security, data protection, operation & compliance according to internal IT standards

Assessment of applications & technical feasibility Technical evaluation of AI applications & definition of clear technical requirements Cooperation with stakeholders on the realistic assessment of AI capabilities, risks/limits

Technical Product Responsibility & Development Cooperation Takeover of the role as a technical product owner to ensure a clear objective for the development team Maintenance of technical backlog with prioritization, definition of guidelines & implementation of roadmaps Coordination with the platform team for the smooth deployment of AI applications

Technology Trends & Innovations Observing new technologies, frameworks & best practices in the AI environment Implementation of PoCs & pilot projects

Cooperation with data, technology and security teams Close cooperation with other technology teams to coordinate best practices & to ensure seamless integration in enterprise applications Cooperation with security teams to develop risk mitigation strategies for AI implementations

Experience in working with Microsoft Azure AI Services and SAP AI Core Confidence with corporate AI governance, security and risk management Knowledge of test strategies for AI solutions, including performance and load testing Experience in safe AI architecture, especially in dealing with major language models (LLMs), frameworks such as LangChain and security concepts such as JWT Practical knowledge of Python Very good understanding of vector databases (e.g. Azure AI Search, FAISS) and their use in generic AI applications Expert knowledge in software architecture Knowledge of REST APIs, system integration and IT environments at company level Basic understanding of data modelling to ensure compatibility of AI solutions with company-wide data structures Agiles Mindset with experience in Product Ownership, Backlog management and structured implementation of AI projects
