Number: MER0003UZT In the Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we design the automotive generations of the future. We place particular emphasis on innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. Our goal is to secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz Group AG in the future. As part of the development of Body & Comfort controllers, functions and systems, our team is responsible for the methodological management and provision of the system and SW infrastructure in the Center. The high number of different functions and systems requires, in addition to the definition of standardized software technologies and tool environments, also to define, monitor and develop specifications regarding the development processes. The implementation of Generative AI Usecases plays a central role here. These challenges include: Development and Implementation of Generative AI Usecases to Support Governance for Model Based Systems Engineering

Adaptation and use of existing software solutions in the field of Generative AI

Supporting colleagues in the governance of model based systems engineering

Protocol management and documentation of key decision-makers and preparation and preparation of the content

Investigation of the applicability and continuity of existing toolchains and processes with regard to Generative AI

Interviews of the relevant stakeholders and detailing the existing SE processes in the IST and SOLL in a process tool (Signavio)

Insight into requirements and systems engineering as well as the associated processes and tools and active contribution to their sustainability

The activity can begin from December 2025.

Course of Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical and Information Technology, Business Informatics or a Related Area

Strong knowledge and ideally practical experience in the field of Generative AI

Knowledge of programming languages such as python and related technologies to make software adjustments

Good organizational skills, independent work and joy in contact with employees

Experience in project coordination and organisation

Embossed Analytical Skills

Fit in Microsoft Office.

Ideally knowledge of process modeling methods and first experience with appropriate tools

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
