As an industrial engineer supply technology, you lead a team in the field of plant mechanics / supply technology and coordinate external service providers. You provide trouble-free operation as well as maintenance and optimization of building equipment, in particular in the areas of heating, ventilation, climate, cold and sanitation (HLKS). In addition, there are tasks in the areas of monitoring, coordination and control of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures. You are also involved in planning, implementing and accompanying technical projects in the field of supply technology. You work with internal specialist departments, external service providers and authorities. Planning and implementation of modernization and energy efficiency projects in the field of building technology. Participation in readiness also belongs to your tasks.

Complete studies in engineering or a comparable technical qualification focusing on supply, building or energy technology At least 5 years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of building facilities, ideally with first responsibility Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing, English knowledge is advantageous
