Senior Project Manager TGA - Supply Technology / HLSK (m/f/d)

You plan, calculate and monitor TGA systems (Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation, Climate) in all HOAI performance phases – from conception to implementation You carry out projects independently, represent the office to clients and guide the team in creating project drawings You set up performance directories, price levels and billing to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with internal quality standards

You have a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) or a training as a state-tested:r Techniker:in for technical equipment You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in technical equipment (commercials, industry, special buildings, contractors) You work safely with HOAI and VOB and master programs like MS Office, MS Project, AVA software and other TGA-specific tools You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your projects – with high quality standards You convince by friendliness, flexibility and communication strength – in the team and in contact with clients:inside Note that references in housing are not taken into account
