You are responsible for a state-of-the-art operating laboratory which ensures microbiological, chemical and physical investigations for the production of high-quality baby food. As a manager, you will lead a motivated team in 1-shift operation and ensure clear goals and a positive working environment. The coordination of all laboratory processes and ensuring efficient processes are in your hands. You analyze and evaluate quality parameters and monitor laboratory technology as well as applied methods to ensure highest standards. Our laboratory information system will actively develop you and use it for maximum transparency of quality data and make a decisive contribution to the quality of our products with your team. You work closely with quality management and quality assurance to set the highest standards at the site. As part of the management team, you are also the interface to production, technology, planning and controlling – and actively shape the further development of our site.

You have a successfully completed degree in food technology, food chemistry or milk technology – alternatively you will bring a completed training to the laboratory master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the laboratory environment You bring practical experience in the use of test and measuring instruments and in the work with modern laboratory technology. Planning and organization of laboratory work can be mastered by you. Knowledge of analytical methods complements your expertise. Entrepreneurial vision and a pronounced social competence are of course for you. The handling of MS Office is part of everyday life for you, and basic knowledge of SAP completes your profile. Your German is fluent and you communicate safely in English – both oral and written.
