Senior Managed Services Architect (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to analyzing existing customer environments, identifying optimization potentials and developing a deep understanding of the customer's value-creating processes that you transfer to digital projects. Whenever it comes to strategic questions, you advise customers on IT operating models, security requirements, service optimization, innovations and new technologies in the infrastructural and process environment and present trends, roadmaps and action recommendations at management level. You support the continuous development and expansion of existing managed services, guide customers in transformation projects to modern, service-oriented IT models and conduct strategic discussions such as service review meetings and business reviews. In your position, you will support the sales team in the new customer acquisition and offer creation, develop technical concepts and performance descriptions, carry out workshops, presentations and demand analyses, and agree closely with service management to ensure economically viable offers. Last but not least, you work closely with technical expert teams, service management and project managers, give feedback to product management to further develop the managed service portfolio and ensure a high level of quality in performance.

Multiannual experience in Managed Services, IT-operating or IT-Consulting Experience in handling customers at management level Very good understanding of modern IT infrastructures (On‐Prem, Cloud, Hybrid) Safe handling of pre-sales processes and the creation of technical concepts Embossed consulting and communication skills Personally, we especially like your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
