You offer assistance and advice in the support of the quarters and the personal social space. You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with our clients *inside and organize staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. You advise and support the assistants in an independent way of life - this also involves the acquisition of basic care activities. You provide assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, joint shopping, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities. You take assistance in early and late assistance.

Completed training as a nurse in, educator in (m/w/d) or a comparable pedagogical qualification Low first professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Assessment and sensitivity as well as clear positioning in the direction of empowerment and inclusion of people with assistance needs Openness, tolerance and humor Structured and independent operation Happy work in the team Interest in continuous professional training and further development Willingness to work in shiftwork, even on weekends
