How does your day look like • With empathy and empathy, you will accompany our residents through the entire daily routine and design the leisure time. • They take a lot of time for individual, holistic care and care and promote their own competences in order to preserve and strengthen them. • As a reference manager*in you create and implement individual help and support plans, work confidently with relatives and legal advisors and adapt to specific requirements. • They plan leisure activities, organize excursions and promote active participation in social life. • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients. • They work in close cooperation with the team as well as across-the-board collaborators such as the Care and Professional Advisory Service team, networked and at eye level.

We wish you • Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or a comparable nursing qualification. • Willingness to work in the 3-shift model (including night and weekend services) - also the change to a job as a pure permanent night watch is possible after extensive incorporation. • Ideally, you already have first experience in working with people with mental and/or physical impairment. • Communication and consensus. • Commitment, empathy and fun in team work.
