One of these companies is the Oberlinhaus Vocational Training gGmbH in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Here, young people with physical, psychological or multiple impairments as well as in the autism spectrum are accompanied on their way to professional life. Around 450 participants complete vocational preparatory measures or recognised training in more than 30 occupations. The training is carried out in practice on a central campus and is individually supported by a multi-professional team with high educational competence.

• Order processing: You manufacture and process internal and external workshop orders professionally and on time.

• Own responsibility: You process order work independently and take full responsibility for this.

• Material cutting: They perform the cutting of wood elements and provide the raw materials required.

This is your profile

• Qualification: You have completed carpenter training and well-founded knowledge in the processing of wood and wood materials.

• Manufacturing: They bring experience in furniture production, professional assembly with the customer as well as in various surface processing methods.

• Technology: You use machines and equipment safely and work routined with a CNC machining center.

• Software: They preferably use the operating systems bSuite/solid from Biesse and NC-Hops in everyday work.

• Working methods: They work structured, independent and quality-oriented, communicate safely and show willingness to cooperate with trainees.

• Language skills: you have a secure knowledge of German (C1 level).

• Value orientation: You have a positive attitude to our diaconic order and our values.
