Mercedes-Benz Operations (MO) is the board of directors for the production, quality and supply chain management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. MO/C (Operations Cars) is part of the Mercedes-Benz Cars production network with the works Bremen, Rastatt, Sindelfingen, Kecskemét and Tuscaloosa, as well as the cross-sectional areas and is responsible for the production of Mercedes-Benz Cars vehicles. Within the area, our team supports the management of MO/C. We are responsible for operational assistance, personnel issues, the pre-control of various decision-making bodies and the central area development and internal communication control. The team is also responsible for the implementation and further development of the area strategy as well as the cross-center project management. What awaits you: Assistance Operations Cars (MO/C) in operational control and strategic orientation of the area

Organisation and support of bodies, processes and decision-making in the direct environment of the Executive Board

Participation in the development of control methods, compliance & integrity, strategy and communication topics, as well as corporate culture

independent processing of projects and tasks in close cooperation with works and business partners

Control of MO/C bodies, from briefing to preparation to implementation of decisions and measures

Active participation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external events (e.g. Townhalls), appointments and meetings – in coordination with various locations and partners

Support for internal communication and implementation of strategic initiatives in the field

Cooperation in the further development of the strategy and active participation in cultural and communicative topics

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Continuous study of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Media/Communication Sciences, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Structured, independent and independent working

High self-initiative and motivation to learn new things

Impressed communication strength and organisational skills

Reliability, reliability and willingness to work on site

Interest in the work in the production environment and joy in getting to know new things
