As HCM PT Inhouse Consultant you analyze and optimize the business processes and implement customizing adjustments Development and support of the ongoing operation of our globally used HCM system and implementation of new features Creating concepts and blueprints in the field of human resources (time management) and their implementation, implementation and integration by customizing (shemes and cycles) or programming (ABAP) taking into account legal and operational regulations Extension and adaptation of the HCM PT module, as well as our corresponding ESS and MSS applications with regard to the different global requirements SAP SuccessFactors is our strategic platform for HR processes. Qualification and further development is the goal of this position. Participation in a possible conversion of the HCM system landscape to S/4HANA or SF Time Tracking, ECP Advice to the specialist department for optimal use of the HCM PT solution and support in the request

Education: Successfully completed business studies or comparable commercial training with multiannual relevant professional experience Professional experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience in similar function Professional competencies: knowledge in the support of the SAP module HCM PT and corresponding self-services Knowledge in the field of customizing the application Knowledge of ABAP programming is advantageous Application of project management methods and tools Comprehensive know-how of the relevant HR processes

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills and process orientation Structured procedure Teamability, high serviceability with enforcement capability, communication strength and sovereign occurrence High level of self-motivation and methodological competence Joy in working in the international environment and in international projects
