UK Warehouse & Operations Coordinator - Elsdorf (m/f/d)

Your start in the logistics team at TQG! As UK Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (gn), you are responsible for the smooth coordination of warehouse and logistics processes in the UK. Your mission to us You secure the proper restocking of the UK warehouse for both brands and all sales channels You coordinate and support the preparation of relocations (Transfer Preparation) to ensure the flow of goods and inventory accuracy, in close coordination with the warehouse and transport team You act as a central communication link between the UK Operations Team, Brand Teams, Sales Channels and Warehouse (3PL) You ensure system accuracy and work closely with the 3PL partner and the customer service to ensure timely dispatch of orders You conduct regular voting meetings with the camp and internal TQG stakeholders to match priorities and solve operational problems International Support You coordinate the international product delivery to Influencer to guarantee a timely processing and accurate order execution You support the organization of international event-sendouts, manage the logistics and agree with stakeholders to meet deadlines Your experience & skills You bring several years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain, ideally in the e-commerce environment You have strong communication skills and are able to effectively coordinate different teams (internal and external) You have a high system affinity and experience in stock management (Stock Flow Management and System Accuracy) You work proactively, solution-oriented and are a team player You can communicate safely in English (safe for negotiation) and ideally in German Why us?
