Test Manager with a focus on electromechanics (m/f/d)

Testmanager (m/w/d) (unlimited, 35 hours)

These are your tasks: Coordination of a test team that controls and accompanies the electromechanical test processes for switches, sockets building technology.

Planning and implementation of all test activities in the field of electromechanical systems, including close cooperation with the design, external service providers/laborators and project participants.

Responsibility for the timely implementation and quality assurance of the test processes, coordination with stakeholders and presentation of the results.

Interface coordination between internal teams and external partners, especially in the optimization and further development of electromechanical solutions.

Extension/construction/cooperation of new test sites/ validation/ verification processes Tests Product extensions

Responsibility for the continuous improvement of test strategies and the integration of new innovative test methods.

This is their profile: Graduate in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification or completed training, e.g. as an electronic (m/w/d) with corresponding further education

Multiannual experience in the field of test laboratory with a focus on electromechanics, like in a coordinating role.

Experience in project management, in particular in the control of interdisciplinary teams and the planning of test processes.

Communication strength, enforcement capacity and the ability to present and argue convincingly even in challenging situations.

Ability to act independently and represent the interests of the company at management level.

Ideally experience in building technology and cooperation with external service providers.
