In close cooperation with service providers and cooperation with the institutions, you contribute to the fact that the clients receive the support they need for their way.

Your day looks like this: • Team leadership & personnel development: guide, motivate and develop your team, ensure reliable service planning, promote individual strengths and conduct regular feedback and employee talks for a positive working environment • Efficient organization & Resources management: Economic action and optimal use of resources are of course for you.
