Care of the real estate Implementation of apartment visits and transfers and acceptances Control of craftsmen Collection and comparison of offers Machining of rental enclosures Preparation of Exposés and Inserates Pre-selection of tenants Maintenance of property and tenant data Regular object checks on site

Training in real estate management or relevant practical experience (house management / property management) Structured and independent operation Organizational and Responsibility Safe appearance to tenants and service providers driving licence class B Nice-to-have (no need) Technical understanding (maintenance / smaller construction projects) Experience with Management Software / Excel
