A central component of this is our comprehensive supplier quality management, which accompanies the entire process chain – from the first development phase to the selection of suppliers to the release of the product and its production processes. These challenges come to you: As part of this bachelor thesis, a digital platform is developed and introduced for building state documentation and maturity tracking of prototype and pre-series components. The aim is to create a central data base in which suppliers can provide measurement reports, partial life cycles and other quality-relevant documents in a structured manner in the pre-series phase. The work includes: Analysis of existing processes in supplier quality and identification of requirements for the new platform Conception and development of a user-friendly data structure and upload logic for the transparent representation of component quality Coordination with relevant specialist areas such as IT, supplier quality and the relevant Q engineers to ensure technical and process feasibility Integration of suppliers for defining interfaces and for the practical feasibility of data management Testing, evaluation and optimization of the developed solution with regard to efficiency, usability and data integrity The result of the work is to be a functional, practical data base which allows continuous and transparent documentation of component quality up to SLF release. The final topics will be discussed with the university, you and us.

The activity can begin from December 2025.
