Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You take over the management of our operations in Lengerich and advise our executives on all HR topics. You understand yourself as a strategic Sparring partner of our factory manager and support in all HR topics and questions. You actively accompany the further digitalization in the HR sector and develop significant control elements for your area of responsibility. You are a professional stimulator of the business partners through your HR know-how in the operation area. You work closely with our Competence Centers Talent Acquisition and PE/OE as well as with the HR Services, Legal and Labor Relations departments.

You have a degree in human resources management, (economic) psychology or business management or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in HR management of a manufacturing industrial company. You are an expert in HR and Performance Management and have experience in transformation processes. You are digitally affin and have already worked with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HR software. You think and trade not only strategically and entrepreneurially, but are also sovereign and assertive. You are strong in communication, very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
