Get to know the challenges and complexity of personnel work in a 6-month internship and actively engage in the varied daily business the following tasks: You will get to know the various facets of personnel work when accompanying personnel procurement activities and personnel adaptation programs. You support in the versatile field of presence management and accompany the process of operational integration management You gain insight into the activities as a HR business partner*in as part of staff support and personnel development processes and participate in our team meetings You gain insight into the implementation of labour law research, e.g. legal interpretation of business agreements, as well as, if necessary, in the preparation and monitoring of labour law processes You can participate in current projects You prepare self-regulatory dates including associated data, start various font changes and control the corresponding traces You can actively contribute your ideas in the course of the digitalization and automation of HR processes

You are in the bachelor's or master's degree in economics or a comparable business or social science degree course, ideally with the focus on staff/work law In addition to open-mindedness and high motivation, you have a strong communication skills and enjoy working in the team Ideally, you already have first practical experiences, especially in the field of personnel and/or labour law Your quick understanding and initiative helps you to quickly work on topics Secure handling of MS-Office is assumed Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
