Service Technician – Building Security (m/f/d)

In your role as a service engineer (m/w/d) for building safety, you add our small but powerful and nice team with seven colleagues in the Airport Solutions business unit. Together, for example, we have implemented a large project at the VfL Wolfsburg stadium. This is one of your tasks: Come first: After you are involved with first specialist training, you will gradually take on the technical support of professional, commercial customer systems in the region in the field of security technology. Our portfolio includes only well-known manufacturers of BMA/ SAA, EMA, ZKS or video security. Your activities include the assembly, parameterization, commissioning, error analysis and troubleshooting, the accompaniment of experts or the creation and maintenance of plant documentation. The instruction and training of our customers is also part of this. Complete training in the field of electrical, electronic, communications technology or IT reference (such as IT system electronics, information electronics or comparable) or practical experience in this field. You have first professional experience in the industrial or commercial environment. With a high degree of self-initiative, you set up your customer and service orientation and, through safe, friendly and competent appearance, create the atmosphere for a lasting trusted cooperation. In addition to team skills, you are characterised by careful, independent action, flexibility, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. No problem for you are occasional work on lifting platforms or scaffolding.
