In the team Logistics Process Planning PW/RB Compact Cars, we are responsible for the logistics planning of the Presswerk Kuppenheim and the Rohbau at the locations Rastatt and Kecskemét (HU) as well as the external warehouses close to the factory. Our responsibility begins in an early phase of the vehicle development process, ranging from inbound & intralogistics planning, product influence in the development phase to the implementation of optimal logistics processes and the call for logistical services. With our business partners, we integrate the vehicles of the next generation in the plants Rastatt and Hungary. These include our new compact vehicles on the newly developed battery/electric architecture (BEVs). Our goal is to develop cost-effective and process-optimal solutions, so our planning processes are continuously developed and digitized. Your tasks within the logistics work package include: Development and co-design of logistics processes, logistics areas and layouts Working on continuous improvement processes and workshops Implementation of own projects for process optimization Working in complex calls for logistics services Working with the KPI determination and reporting Working in the digitization of planning processes Working in an international working environment Cooperation with quality management, work safety, transport logistics and other internal areas Implementation of cyclic planning workshops Creation of decision templates for top management

Course in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) VBA programming, ThinkCell, Visio and SharePoint knowledge as well as experience in handling IT systems would be desirable First practical experience about volunteer / practical practice in the supply chain environment desirable Open mindset and honest interest in the opinion and experience of process partners Commitment and team skills Analytical way of thinking and strategic, targeted way of working Communication and Conflictability driving licence class B Additional information: This is a 6-month internship in full time.
