The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Erfurt e.V. is the top Catholic association of the Free Wellbeing Care in the Diocese of Erfurt, as well as the support of institutions and services in the most diverse social areas, and is looking for the next possible time for the outpatient aid to SGB IX and XII (Mobile Housing Aid)** of the Caritasregion of Mittelthüringen in Weimar

(m/w/d)

with an employment of 20 hours per week.

The body is first terminated as a representation of illness (a further employment is sought).

Your tasks:

• Consultation, support and support of people with the corresponding need for assistance in their own housing environment (house visits) and in the individual social space according to § 67 SGB XII and § 76 SGB IX
• low-swelling and motivating accompaniment in complex problems, especially in the case of debt, addiction and mental problems, as well as in the case of housing, housing and long-term maintenance of the apartment
• Overcoming the predominant limitations of participation and the common development of realistic future prospects and an individual daily structure
• Promoting social participation and support in building and maintaining social contacts and networks
• Creation and implementation of individual aid plans
• Cooperation in local and technical networks and bodies

Your profile:

• completed secondary education in social work or a comparable degree
• knowledge and as practical as possible experience in the area of homeless assistance or psychosocial advice
• ready-to-use knowledge of social and administrative law, in particular SGB II, IX and XII
• an independent, reliable way of working as well as joy in working together in a dedicated team
• Conflictability and Loadability, Critical and Reflective Power
• a friendly, safe occurrence in contact with the inside and outside, in particular an appraisal approach to the people seeking advice
• Passion in the design of a service that makes itself strong with and for people on the edge of society

We offer you a challenging task with wide-ranging design options and the integration into the network of advisory services of the Caritas Region Mittelthüringen. The temporary agency of illness offers prospects for subsequent acquisition/renewal of contracts. We remunerate according to the working contract guidelines of the German Caritasverband (AVR) with holiday and Christmas money, 30 days of annual leave for a 5-day week (1 additional day 2026) and free days for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. In addition, we offer an attractive additional pension provision financed by the employer.
