Organisation and development of Consumer Contracts Organisation of the Tasks Consumer Contracts and Consumer Contract Management Legal examination and design of all consumer contracts (active/passive) Management of the creation of standard documents and the necessary IT resources Monitoring of legal developments and the needs of various departments Organisation of standardized procedures Accompanying judicial and extrajudicial disputes (Arbitration/Litigation) Advising colleagues from different disciplines on all legal matters of a credit institution Creation, testing and negotiation of complex contracts and model agreements Communication with regulators, lawyers and customers

You have a degree in law or economic law or a comparable qualification Ideally, you can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in banking You bring distinct analytical skills and a high affinity as well as understanding complex processes with You have a very good communication capability and can present your target group adequately and enforce yourself You work very structured, independent and independent A high degree of flexibility and self-motivation are obvious to you Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
