Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Professional Experience in Gastronomy e.g. as Chef de Partie (m/w/d), Gardemanager (m/w/d) or Patissier (m/w/d) Experience in the goods industry Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards, in particular the HACCP guidelines Safe setting of menus and buffets as well as experience in designing menus Independent, structured and clean operation Quality awareness, team spirit and a high customer and guest orientation
