Nursing / Nursing / Pedagogical (paed. or care). (m/w/d) only day service (spring and late service) Would you like to accompany a group with individual and intensive care? Are you looking forward to an eye-level attitude with the residents, a close exchange within the team and a very good communication culture? In our housing group Wichernstraße 6 in Mühltal, 11 young adults with mental and physical impairments live in the EC and the second upper floor. During the day, some residents who need more intensive and more individual support will be assisted by a firm team in the group. Others visit the day's place, which is in the immediate vicinity.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humor, you ensure a reliable daily routine and promote social participation in individual and group settings. • They support our residents in building an individual aid network and have fun to change • They accompany our residents in all areas of everyday life and support them with individual needs, e.g. the daily body care - always with the aim of maximising self-determination • For the best possible support, you work closely with the team as well as with overarching colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
