Your future job: For our customers TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH in Bremen, you are an embedded software developer (m/w/d). The international high-tech maritime company ATLAS Elektronik is a leader in the fields of hydroacoustics, sensor technology and information technology in many areas.

Your tasks:

• Analysis of product and/or component requirements, specification of embedded software and electronics concepts
• further development of embedded software for electronic assemblies, as well as design and programming of reusable software modules taking into account functional and economic aspects
• Implementation of design and code analyses to ensure the technical feasibility, quality and performance of hardware and software
• Coordination of the development of individual embedded software modules and components
• Responsibility of software component integration in existing or new systems and implementation of system testing, validation and verification
• independent documentation and analysis of work results, technical reports and support for technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• creation of moderate software specifications as well as hardware specifications and production documents for smooth transfer and quality assurance

Your profile:

• Complete study of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science or comparable qualification
• Experience in the development of embedded software, ideally in the field of electronic assemblies or systems
• Knowledge in the development of system-on-chip embedded systems as well as the methods for time and clock synchronization via Ethernet networks (PTP and SyncE)
• Safe handling of C, C++, Python and assembler
• German and good English knowledge in word and writing
