We are looking for full time Ingenieur/Techniker (m/w/d) for our department of TGA planning in Wiesbaden.

What tasks do you have? Project or subproject management for national projects

Provide planning services according to performance phases 1 to 8 HOAI

Planning of sanitary facilities (wet and rainwater systems, drinking water installations fire extinguishing technology)

Planning of heating systems (heating load calculation, pipe and heating area layout)

Planning of air-conditioning and refrigerating systems (cooling load calculation, pipe and duct system calculation)

Cost monitoring and determination according to DIN 276

Communication with other planning participants in an interdisciplinary team

What are you doing? Complete study in the field of supply technology or Technical building equipment or training for technicians

At least eight years of relevant professional experience of TGA planning services according to HOAI

Knowledge with CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Revit and BIM, as well as knowledge with tendering programs such as RIB iTWO are desirable

Good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent/scientific knowledge of German (C1) in word and writing

Teamability, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
